Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable transportation
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance if transporting clients
• Current TB test (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to perform the physical duties of caregiving
• Caring, dependable, professional, and punctual
• Ability to successfully pass a state-required criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred but no experience necessary. We provide all training.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
• Preparing light meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assisting with mobility and medication reminders
• Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Encouraging independence while delivering compassionate, personalized care
