About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Spring Hill and surrounding cities. Caregivers assist clients one-on-one in their homes with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while caregivers build meaningful relationships with aging adults. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour, with a $250 sign-on bonus. The position also offers weekly pay, optional daily pay through PayActiv, mileage reimbursement, paid training, referral and rewards programs, and career development opportunities. Applicable bonuses are paid via Caribou. Specific eligibility requirements, compensation, benefits, and bonuses may vary by state and location.

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Comply with state background screening requirements.
Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Support clients with mobility needs.
