About The Position
TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Spring Hill and surrounding cities. Caregivers provide one-on-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping aging adults with personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support and emphasizes building meaningful relationships with clients while helping change the way the world ages.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- TB clearance or chest X-ray.
- Comply with state background screening requirements.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
- Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
- Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
- Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
