About The Position
Guardian Angel is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Pittsfield, Lee, Great Barrington, Adams, North Adams, Williamstown, Dalton, and Lenox, Massachusetts. The role offers part-time to full-time opportunities and advertises daily pay of $18–$20. Caregiver roles may include Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), and Homemaker. Free Home Health Aide training and certification are available. Caregivers help seniors maintain independence and quality of life by providing support with daily activities, companionship, meals, errands, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at a conversational level.
- Dependable transportation to reach client locations.
- Willingness to follow health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and help with errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
