About The Position

Caregivers support residents with compassion, dignity, and respect as they navigate daily routines. They provide hands-on assistance to help residents live comfortably and safely while honoring each individual’s independence and personal care preferences. The role emphasizes person-centered care, attentive support, relationship-building, and helping residents feel confident. Schedules are AM or PM, 6:00–6:00. The position is available full time, part time, or PRN (as needed), with pay starting at $16.00 per hour based on years of experience. The role is located at Gable House, 500 E University Drive, Rochester, MI 48307.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• For full-time or part-time work, must be at least 18 years of age or a high school graduate.
