About The Position

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you’ll help people grow, learn, and live well while developing meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. You’ll support participants in pursuing their developmental goals, taking part in their communities, and enjoying favorite activities. The role includes assisting with personal hygiene and supporting people who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
