About The Position

Join a warm, supportive in-home care team across the Seattle area, where your compassion and reliability help older adults live safely, comfortably, and with greater independence. This flexible part-time daytime role is ideal for dependable caregivers who enjoy providing personalized, one-on-one support, building genuine relationships, and working respectfully in private, pet-friendly homes. We’re hiring for assignments throughout Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Capitol Hill, University District, Lynnwood, Shoreline, West Seattle, Renton, and nearby communities. Pay ranges from $23–$25 per hour based on experience and certifications. Always Best Care combines national strength and standards with local accessibility and personal service. Your local Always Best Care team will be helping families throughout Seattle and surrounding communities, providing non-medical in-home care, independent and assisted living referral services. We provide our clients and their families with peace of mind that they are receiving the best possible care, while ensuring our clients’ safety, comfort, and respect…Always.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
  • CNA or HCA certification required
  • One year or more of experience supporting older adults
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
  • Clear background check and drug test
  • Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer a high school degree or GED

Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, meals, and daily routines while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy, and comfortable home environment.
  • Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
