We’re looking for compassionate caregivers to join a friendly, supportive team providing personalized assistance, companionship, and everyday encouragement to older adults in the comfort of their own homes. Pay ranges from $23–$25 per hour based on certification and experience. Daytime positions are available across Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Capitol Hill, the University District, West Seattle, Renton, and nearby areas. Requirements

A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
CNA or HCA certification required
One year or more of experience supporting older adults
Must be 18 years or older
Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
Clear background check and drug test
Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

Nice To Haves

Prefer a high school degree or GED

Responsibilities

Build meaningful connections by providing companionship, conversation, encouragement, and a friendly presence.
Assist with personal care, meal preparation, daily routines, and light household responsibilities.
Help maintain a clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming home environment.
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, social activities, and outings in the community.
Provide personalized support that encourages comfort, confidence, dignity, and independence.
Create meaningful moments by offering encouragement, friendship, and thoughtful assistance to older adults throughout their day.
Help each person feel heard, appreciated, and supported while making everyday life more comfortable, fulfilling, and enjoyable in the familiarity of home.
