About The Position

Actively Hiring Caregivers for 4 Hour Shifts in La Jolla. Cheer Home Care is looking for compassionate individuals to provide non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services to help clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home. Requirements

• Helping with activities of daily living
• Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) is preferred
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Able to drive client in their own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
• Cell phone with internet access

• CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled.
• Provide companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.
• Provide transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Offer specialized care for Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Hospice, and more.
• Perform light housekeeping and organization.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
