About The Position
We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate caregiver to provide care for a couple in their home in Bloomington. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation is $19.00–$22.00/hour. Hours are subject to change based on client needs, care plan adjustments, and staffing requirements.
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Must be physically fit and comfortable going up and down stairs multiple times throughout the shift
- Dependable and punctual
- Must pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide standby assistance with mobility and daily activities
- Prepare meals
- Assist with light housekeeping
- Provide transportation for errands and appointments
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
