About The Position

This is a full-time Caregiver position at LSL Hopkins Creek, working the 7a-3p shift. The role requires a compassionate and patient individual with a strong customer service focus, capable of handling high-stress and emotional situations with tact. The caregiver will demonstrate an appreciation for the heritage, values, and wisdom of residents, understanding the aging process. Professional conduct in compliance with facility policies and Lighthouse Senior Living guidelines is expected. Responsibilities include providing care as directed by nursing staff, observing and reporting changes in residents' physical and emotional condition, assisting with Activities of Daily Living, maintaining knowledge of equipment, and reporting observations related to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care as directed by the nurse or designee to residents residing in the facility.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition both physically and emotionally.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance, and use.
• Report observations related to resident care per facility standard.
