The Caregiver position involves providing comprehensive support to clients in their daily lives. This includes assisting with medication, mobility both inside and outside the home (e.g., doctor's appointments, walks), and personal care and hygiene. Caregivers are also responsible for helping clients with physical therapy exercises, planning and preparing meals (with client assistance when possible), and performing or accompanying clients for shopping. Light housekeeping duties that clients cannot complete on their own are also part of the role. Beyond practical assistance, the caregiver acts as a pleasant and supportive companion, is expected to report any unusual incidents, and must be capable of acting quickly and responsibly in emergency situations. The role offers competitive, experience-based pay, daily pay options, and a range of benefits including paid time off, 401k with company match, and opportunities for professional growth.
