About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Leverett, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The role may suit experienced PCAs, HHAs, CNAs, or homemakers, as well as people beginning a caregiving career. Caregivers help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes while providing companionship, dignity, and support to clients and their families. Pay is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. Flexible and consistent scheduling opportunities are available, including 8- to 12-hour shifts, day and overnight shifts, and weekday and weekend work. Qualified applicants without HHA or CNA certification may be eligible for free training. Qualified new caregivers may earn a $250 sign-on bonus after completing their first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. Requirements

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Prepare meals according to clients’ preferences and dietary needs.
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Run essential errands and shop for groceries.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe clients and report changes to the appropriate supervisor.
- Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
- Provide respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.
