Full-Time Day Shift Caregiver

Requirements
- Minimum one year of senior care experience
- Strong transfer and mobility assistance experience required
- Experience with gait belts and sit-to-stand devices required
- Physically able to assist with client weight and extended 12-hour shifts
- Compassionate, reliable, and safety-focused
- Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Ambulation: Stand-by assist
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal support
- Ability to safely handle and support client weight during transfers
- Experience using a gait belt
- Experience using a sit-to-stand device
- Follow Plan of Care and maintain client safety at all times
- Monitor for fall risks and ensure a secure environment
- Provide companionship and supportive engagement
