About The Position

Day Shift Caregiver needed with SAME DAY PAY AVAILABLE!!! With Always Best Care, you are only required to attend one paid orientation in the office. After that, you will travel directly to the clients home and/or the facility. Training sessions are virtual, and checks will be automatically deposited every two weeks. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a PCA or CNA
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job
Negative TB test
Pass criminal background, drug test and reference checks
Cell phone with texting and internet capabilities

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishwashing
Accompany clients to appointments and errands
Communicate and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor
Maintain clients' safety and well-being at all times
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Attend required training and meetings as specified by the company
