About The Position
Senior Helpers Southeast Wisconsin is hiring compassionate, dependable, and reliable individuals to join our growing team in Milwaukee and the surrounding communities. We provide paid training to help you succeed. This opportunity is ideal for experienced caregivers, CNAs, Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), nursing students, retirees, individuals looking for a meaningful part-time or full-time career, and anyone with a passion for helping seniors. Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation with auto insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic household and caregiving skills
- Availability to work at least 10 hours per week
- Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving, home care, healthcare, or CNA experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Run errands and assist with grocery shopping
- Provide medication reminders
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes
- Document care provided and communicate with the care team

- Competitive pay: $14.00–$17.00 per hour (based on qualifications)
