About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Antioch and surrounding areas. Caregivers assist clients one-on-one in their homes with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while helping aging adults build meaningful relationships and promoting a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Support clients with mobility needs.
