Requirements
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or in-home caregiver preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Meal planning and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Grocery shopping and running errands
- Transportation to appointments and social activities
- Mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes
- Encouraging independence while providing compassionate support
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families
