Flawless Family Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver for a consistent client assignment in Streator, Illinois. Flawless Family Home Care is a locally owned home care agency providing non-medical in-home support to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living. We serve individuals who want to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Our caregivers provide companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and supportive assistance based on individualized care plans. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently in a client's home
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving, home care, CNA, DSP, or healthcare experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and fall prevention
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Monitor client well-being and report concerns to the office
- Complete required visit documentation accurately and timely
- Follow client care plans and agency policies
