About The Position
Assisting Hands Deerfield is seeking experienced caregivers to provide care for seniors. This role involves companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. We offer various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, mornings, and daytime, with both part-time and full-time hours available. Our caregivers are supported 24/7 by a supportive team and receive weekly pay.
Requirements
- 3 years+ of caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Comfortable helping BOTH male and female clients
- Experience helping with providing personal care
Responsibilities
- Companionship – conversation, playing games, watching TV
- Personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
