About The Position

At Right at Home of Salt Lake, we are passionate about supporting seniors and adults with disabilities through essential in‑home care services. By joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to improve lives every day while working with one of the most trusted names in home care, backed by over 25 years of experience. We are currently seeking a Caregiver for approximately 30 hours per week. This position includes two 12-hour shifts plus additional hours throughout the week. Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check
Experience with dementia and behavioral care

Nice To Haves

Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts

Responsibilities

Provide one‑on‑one care that enhances the quality of life for both male and female clients.
Companionship
Assistance with personal hygiene (peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, brief changes)
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Transportation to appointments or outings
Medication reminders

Benefits

Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)
