About The Position

We're seeking motivated and dependable professionals for daytime caregiving shifts, providing attentive in-home support that helps clients maintain their routines, independence, and overall well-being. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while assisting with daily activities and offering companionship in a warm, home-based setting. Since some clients share their homes with pets, comfort around animals is important. Earn $23–$25 per hour, with pay based on your certifications, training, and caregiving experience. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

• Prefer a high school degree or GED

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections through companionship and emotional support that encourage comfort, trust, and belonging
• Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and routines while respecting dignity and independence
• Support a clean, safe home through light housekeeping and basic household tasks
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities that promote independence and engagement
• Deliver attentive, reliable care focused on safety, comfort, and quality of life
• Provide consistent, compassionate companionship that helps older adults feel comfortable, valued, and connected, while working alongside a supportive team dedicated to personalized care.
