Requirements

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Pass a written competency test, background check, and drug screening
  • Dependable, compassionate, and motivated Caregiver with a strong desire to help others

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) preferred, but not required (we provide paid training for qualified Caregiver candidates)

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
  • Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Provide medication reminders and safe mobility assistance
  • Deliver care primarily in clients’ homes with varying schedules and shift times
