Requirements

Two or more years of healthcare or in-home caregiving experience required
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius of your home
Comfortable caring for both male and female clients
Ability to perform all essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation
A caring, dependable, patient, and professional attitude

Nice To Haves

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

Responsibilities

Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Providing medication reminders
Assisting with mobility, transportation, and accompanying clients on walks or to appointments
Planning and preparing nutritious meals
Grocery shopping or accompanying clients while shopping
Performing light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in a client's condition while responding appropriately during emergencies
Encouraging participation in daily activities to promote confidence, independence, and overall well-being
