About The Position

At Touching Hearts at Home, our caregivers do more than assist with daily tasks—they provide comfort, companionship, and peace of mind to seniors and their families. If you enjoy helping others and want to make a difference in your community, we'd love to meet you. We are currently hiring caregivers and CNAs and scheduling interviews now. We provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties, helping our clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Requirements

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals for clients
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Assist with daily living activities
