Requirements
- HHA certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to complete required screenings and continuing education
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Personal Care Assistant
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
- Provide companionship and assistance with errands and appointments
- Assist with mobility activities according to the plan of care
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing
