About The Position
Freedom Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers for PRN (as needed) positions. We understand the challenges caregivers face with scheduling, communication, and client information. At Freedom Home Care, we prioritize clarity, support, and respect, ensuring you have the information and assistance needed before starting a new client. You'll benefit from flexible scheduling, clear client details, and direct access to office support. A unique aspect of our onboarding process includes an introduction to each new client by a team member before you begin working independently, ensuring you are well-informed about routines, expectations, and emergency contacts.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Vehicle
- Up-to-date Auto Insurance
- Ability to pass a Background Study
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide care to clients based on their individual needs.
- Accept or decline shifts based on personal availability.
- Communicate with the office when issues arise.
- Attend paid orientation and ongoing training.
