About The Position

Korean Women's Association (KWA) in Bremerton, WA is hiring full-time or part-time Silverdale Caregivers. KWA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1979, committed to serving diverse communities through education, socialization, advocacy, and support. They provide services in senior wellness, in-home care, benefits enrollment, citizenship, affordable housing, and community health navigation. As a Caregiver, you will assist clients with daily activities, offer companionship, and provide compassionate care.

Requirements

• To be 18+ years
• To have reliable personal transportation
• To hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
• Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
• Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• A high school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
• A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
