About The Position

ComForCare Home Care - Clarksville is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to serve clients in the Kingston Springs area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who need support to live safely and comfortably at home. If you have a heart for helping others, we want to hear from you! This client is Monday & Wednesdays from 11:00am - 3:30pm.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving, home health, or personal care aide experience preferred
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed
• Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
