About The Position
MedStaffers is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Workers to provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to help clients remain safe and independent in their community.
Requirements
- Caring, patient, and dependable
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Previous caregiving or home care experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and household tasks
- Support clients with daily routines
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Build a positive and respectful relationship with clients
