About The Position
High Desert Home Care LLC is currently seeking part time Caregivers in the Wellington area. If you have a desire to help people and are looking for flexible hours, this position is perfect for you. Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassion and empathy.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of medical conditions and treatments.
- Ability to follow care plans and document client progress.
- Proficiency in using phone apps.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen (including THC) in accordance with Nevada Law and company license.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with essential activities and personal care.
- Engaging with multiple clients throughout the day, providing support with errands, transportation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care assistance.
- Ensuring client comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Providing medication reminders.
- Providing companionship.
