About The Position

Sunset Woods is seeking a Caregiver to support residents’ daily lives and help maintain their independence and dignity with kindness and respect. The role includes assisting with personal hygiene and social activities, supporting residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being, and helping create a happy, safe, and welcoming community. Caregivers are expected to encourage resident independence and choice, communicate clearly and kindly, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and bring a friendly, positive attitude to the team. The employer is an independent operating subsidiary of The Pennant Group, Inc.

Requirements

• Meet the applicable age requirements and state regulations.
• Be reliable and communicate clearly and kindly.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Present a neat, clean appearance.
• Be willing to learn and help others learn.

Nice To Haves

• Prior direct care experience; not required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification.
