Requirements

Experience in home care, assisted living, or nursing.
Comfortable using digital tools to manage schedule and care documentation.
Ability to make compassionate, real-time decisions.
Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and pre-employment screenings.
A valid Texas driver’s license.
Reliable transportation.
Valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide non-medical care including companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and ADL assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect.
Maintain detailed care logs.
Report client changes to the office immediately.
Ensure services remain in full compliance with HIPAA and electronic visit verification (EVV) standards.
Collaborate with office staff to provide the "Senior Care, Only Better" experience.
Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to engage in recreational activities, conversations, and tasks that improve our clients' quality of life.
