Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Background in dementia and behavioral care
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one in-home support including companionship
Assistance with personal hygiene
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Transportation to appointments or outings
Medication reminders
Emotional support

Benefits

Competitive pay: $17.–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA)
Minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)
