About The Position

We are seeking dedicated home care aides to provide non-medical home care services to individuals in need throughout St. Louis County, Jefferson County, and part of Franklin County. The role offers a flexible opportunity in a dynamic environment and involves assisting and supporting clients in their homes and during appointments or outings.

Requirements

• Must have an open and flexible schedule.
• Willingness to travel throughout St. Louis County, Jefferson County, and part of Franklin County.
• Must be able to go to work at a moment's notice.
• Must have reliable and insured transportation.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be over 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members.
