About The Position

Requirements
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniors.
- Dependability and flexibility to work on an on-call basis as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach.
- A team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or senior living experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training!
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
- Monitor residents' well-being and report changes in condition to the appropriate team member.
- Encourage residents' independence while providing the support they need.
- Engage with residents and help create positive, meaningful moments throughout their day.
- Work closely with team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
- Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
