About The Position

Brookdale Troy is an Assisted Living and Memory Care located in Troy, OH. We are looking for individuals to join our team for 12-hour shifts, either from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Requirements

  • Must be able to work 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
  • Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
  • Qualified associates who have been with Brookdale for at least a year may be eligible for advancement fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding.

  • Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
  • Willingness to support residents in finding connections in groups and 1:1 settings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care for residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.
  • Work 12-hour shifts, either day or night.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for residents and families.
  • Participate in entertaining events and gatherings for residents.
  • Uphold industry standards in clinical care.
