About The Position
At Visiting Angels, our mission is to help seniors remain safely in their homes while aging with dignity, care, and compassion. We are currently seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals to join our team as CAREgivers. Every day, the relationships you build and the compassion you provide will make a lasting difference in the lives of our clients. You’ll be supported by a dedicated leadership team while gaining valuable experience and growing your career. We believe in developing our team from within. Experienced caregivers have the opportunity to participate in our 6-week mentoring program, supporting and guiding new team members. Mentors serve as role models, offering both personal and professional support while helping new hires succeed. We provide comprehensive, paid training through our Caregiver Development Program, including hands-on instruction and ongoing monthly education.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license or state ID
- A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude
- A genuine desire to help seniors age safely at home

Responsibilities
- Help seniors live fulfilling, independent lives.
- Assist seniors to remain safely in their homes.
- Provide care, compassion, and support to clients.
- Build relationships with clients.
- Participate in a 6-week mentoring program (for experienced caregivers).
- Support and guide new team members (as a mentor).
- Serve as a role model (as a mentor).
