About The Position
CountryHouse Residence, an Agemark Senior Living community, is seeking a Full-Time Evening Shift Caregiver. This role is crucial in ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and at home. The ideal candidate will possess compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to serve older adults, contributing to a positive and engaging living environment.
Requirements
- Patience and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
- A caring approach and willingness to make each day better for residents.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with residents, families, and team members.
- Reliable and ready to support residents and your team during scheduled shifts.
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care.
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition or concerns.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Encourage residents to participate in activities that promote connection, independence, and enjoyment.
- Work closely with team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every resident.
