About The Position

Phoenix Home Care is seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver to support pediatric clients in Raytown who are on the autism spectrum and have behavioral health needs. This part-time role is ideal for individuals with prior direct support experience who are confident in providing care, structure, and encouragement in a supportive home environment. The caregiver will focus on building trust, remaining calm during challenging moments, and creating meaningful connections with children and families.

Requirements

• Prior direct support or behavioral health experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
