Requirements
- At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
- Negative TB test within the past 2 years.
- Reliable transportation across San Diego County.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Smartphone access for documentation and communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care across San Diego County.

- $18.50/hour for experienced caregivers
- $21–$23/hour for on-call/stand-by shifts (with mileage reimbursement)
