About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable, and caring caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors in Blandford, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. Available roles include Homemakers, Personal Care Assistants (PCs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Applicants with caregiving experience and those beginning a new career are welcome. HHA or CNA certification may not be required for some opportunities; free HHA training and certification are available to qualified applicants. The position offers $18 to $20 per hour, with full-time and part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, day and overnight shifts, and assignments of 8 to 12 hours. A $250 sign-on bonus is available for qualifying new caregivers, and a $250 employee referral bonus is offered. Other offerings include a 401(k), health insurance options for eligible employees, applicable travel-time and mileage reimbursement, free training for qualified applicants, support from a dedicated office team, and opportunities to develop caregiving skills. Caregivers help seniors remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes. Hiring locations include Blandford, Russell, Huntington, Westfield, Chester, Montgomery, Southwick, and nearby towns. Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, patient, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
- Help clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with laundry and maintain a safe home environment.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist clients with mobility.
- Report changes in a client's condition or well-being.
