Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
Willingness to commute 30 minutes minimum.
Must comply with state background screening requirements.
Must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Providing cognitive and behavioral support, including gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety.
Assisting clients with personal care such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience.
Helping maintain a calm, familiar, and organized home environment through basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Providing transportation for clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
Offering companionship through conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs.
