Visiting Angels of the Upper Ohio Valley is looking for caregivers to become a part of our team! Visiting Angels provides a variety of non-medical services that allow us to work one-on-one with seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with compassion, dignity and care. Requirements
- Knowledge/ experience using a Hoyer lift
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Prior caregiver experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with safe transfers using a Hoyer lift
- Provide personal care and companionship
- Support with mobility, positioning, and daily routines
- Light housekeeping and meal prepping
- Offer emotional support and kindness to clients and families
