About The Position

Visiting Angels is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers in Philadelphia, PA, who want meaningful work helping seniors remain comfortable and independent in their own homes. If you have a caring heart, patience, and a desire to help others, we would love to have you on our team!

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance for applicable positions.
• A recent, accepted TB test.
• Compassion, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• A genuine interest in supporting seniors with dignity and respect.
• Proof of vaccination.

Nice To Haves

• CNA, HHA, PCA, or home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Help with errands and transportation when needed.
• Follow each client’s care plan and report changes in their condition to the office.
