About The Position

Visiting Angels Main Line is looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and Direct Care Professionals to provide non-medical in-home care to seniors throughout Philadelphia and surrounding communities. Our caregivers play an important role in helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, caring, professional, and ready to make a meaningful difference in someone's day.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to complete required TB screening
• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Compassionate and professional attitude
• Dependable and reliable
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation strongly preferred
• ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assist with errands and everyday activities
• Provide non-medical support in the client's home
• Communicate with clients, families, and our care team
• Help seniors maintain their independence and quality of life
