About The Position

Korean Women's Association (KWA) Whatcom County is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as full- or part-time Caregivers. The role involves making a meaningful impact in the community while building a rewarding career. Requirements

  • Be 18+ years old
  • Have reliable personal transportation
  • Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
  • Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
  • Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
  • Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
  • A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with morning routines.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
  • Provide assistance with daily activities.
  • Help with personal hygiene.
