About The Position

Visiting Angels is seeking a caregiver to support seniors in their homes in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on helping clients remain safe and comfortable at home through personal care and day-to-day assistance. The position may involve weekday daytime shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; the 12-hour shift may be split into morning and afternoon blocks, and other shifts may be available for pickup. The employer describes the position as part-time, with the possibility of additional hours if desired.

Requirements

At least 6 months of hands-on personal care experience.
At least 6 months of bathing and toileting experience.
Family caregiving experience is accepted.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.

Run errands for clients.
Perform light housekeeping.
