About The Position

Always Best Care is seeking professional and compassionate caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs in the Copperas Cove, Kempner, and Killeen areas. We are hiring for PRN positions and offer a flexible work schedule with supportive and caring management. Our Caregivers are the keystone of our business, providing much-needed service to seniors and their families struggling to keep their independence daily. Caregivers may work a variety of shifts, from 2-12 hours, over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Reliable transportation and auto insurance required.
Must pass a background check.
Good verbal, written, and reading skills.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience is preferred but not required.
CNA, HHA, and Basic Life Support/CPR training a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide basic companion care, including light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation.
Provide integral personal care, including incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing.
Work a variety of shifts, from 2-12 hours, over weekends, at night, and in the morning.
