About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to provide quality homecare in the De Soto, MO area. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in helping clients remain independent in their homes safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Requirements

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• 6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
